By accessing or using FunMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the app.
FunMap is a social platform that enables users to connect through location-based interactions, messaging, and interactive games. The app may include virtual in-app features to enhance user experience.
The app may include virtual currencies such as coins or gems, which can be used to access in-app features including games and social interactions.
Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged outside of the app.
Virtual currency and features may be purchased through Apple In-App Purchases. All payments are processed by Apple.
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.
You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to harassment, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or attempting to exploit in-app systems.
The app uses your location to provide core features such as discovering nearby users and enabling interactions. You can manage or disable location access through your device settings.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not collect payment information. Apple processes all in-app purchase transactions.
Users can delete their account from within the app or by contacting cube.do.lcstudio@gmail.com.
This EULA is between you and FunMap, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
